Is the free trial really free?
Yes — 14 days, full access, no credit card required. If you don't add a payment method by day 14, your account pauses (data preserved) and we email a friendly reminder.
How does per-vehicle and per-driver pricing work?
Solo is a flat $9/mo and includes your first vehicle and first driver. On Fleet and Pro, each vehicle adds $5/mo and each driver adds $4/mo — no caps, no surprise overages. You only pay for what you actually track, and you can add or remove vehicles and drivers anytime. Billing prorates automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. Prorated; new pricing kicks in mid-cycle. No re-implementation needed.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet, but soon. Email info@americantransdata.com if you want to be notified when annual plans launch (10% off vs monthly).
How do I cancel?
Self-serve from your account settings. No retention call required. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
